Kelly, nanny in Hasland S41

My name is Kelly, I have been in this profession for six years. Where I have experienced many fields of this sector from working within sure starts to becoming self employed as a nanny. I have worked with SEN (special educational needs) and behavioural needs. This work has lead me to continue on in this profession and complete my foundation degree. I feel very passionate about outstanding child care and feel there is definitely a niche! I am very interested in social work and mental health and this is the route I will go into eventually.

When my previous family summed me up they described me as fun, happy, loud, firm, fair, silly, good, kind and a friend. I love art and physical activity, I believe children learn more from their own choices (freedom of play) I dislike the idea of bums on seats and conform. I prefer the hands on approach to learning.

I have been nannying for at least fore years. Within this time I have concluded that It has to be the most rewarding career I've ever done. I have recently just left a family of fore children which was very hard and emotional. However they no longer needed my services due to them growing up.
