Chelsea, nanny in Hemel hempstead HP3

Hello my name is Chelsea , I'm 24 years old and i have a level 3 in childcare and development. I'm currently working at a day nursery in Hemel Hempstead, and looking for some new experiences to further my career. I have Been working in childcare for 5 years in September and elderly 3 years, so have experienced both areas. I'm a room leader currently and have the abilities to provide leadership, support and supervise a group of 15 children and 5 staff members. I'm commited to maintain a positive working friendly environment, high quality care, development, learning and education. I am also able to organise education group outings and events for children.
I don't have a driving license, but am able to use all public transport.
I am looking to work in the Hemel hempstead area full time or part time but not available to work weekends, due to caring for the elderly.
I'm level 2 & 3 qualified, first arid training and safe guarding which is all up to date. I also have experience in cooking and cleaning which is also provided to a high quality standard.
I have reference from pervious employers and parents of which I have looked after their children.
