Summer, nanny in High wycombe

I am a hardworking and self-motivated individual, with the ability to work as part of a team and on my own initiative. I enjoy challenges and I like learning new skills, I am flexible in my working hours and have the ability to adapt to different environments. I have great communication, interpersonal skills. 
over the last year I have had the opportunity, to become of great help to a new mother of two Twin boys. Twice a month I babysit the two boys, I have done this since they were of the age of 2 months old, and now are 15 months old.
My duties include bathing and feeding the twins, maintaining a professional and equal bond between the two. Ensuring that all their needs are being met physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
I also make it my mission, to ensure that the twins are within their age milestones, or at least ahead. Helping them to stimulate their mind, exercising with them. Taking them to swim classes, baby groups and engaging them in a variety of activities and following guidelines.
I enjoy working with this wonderful family, who have shown me nothing but great appreciation and respect. As well as awarding me with the opportunity to also become close to their family and be able to help and watch their young boys grow into such amazing toddlers.

Occasionally I will assist the mother will help such as outings, private events I.e. birthday parties House work and shopping for the home.
