Kelly, nanny in High wycombe

I have had five years experience in childcare, working in three settings nursery setting, (currently as a senior room leader), I have experience in babysitting and working abroad for six months the in Tunisia and Majorca as a child’s holiday rep and as crèche coordinator in holiday village hotels.
As a room leader in a nursery, for approaching two and a half years, I’ve learnt to work well in a team and take leadership and responsibility for my team, but also for myself and make sure the paperwork is always up to date, the room is looking respectable, and there is a happy atmosphere in the room for children, clients and staff.
I take pride in making learning fun, and always having new activities for the children, so that there is never a dull day, this also encourages new imagination for the children and helps to also encourage good behaviour. I have a good relationship with the children as I have a fun and enthusiastic personality, very trusting and out going, but also have boundaries of respect of a professional nature. I am very attentive to detail and take pride in this.
I am a big kid myself and love to have fun and would be able to bring this to a family .
