Kayleigh, nanny in Hoo ME3

My name is Kayleigh , but I go by the name of Kay.
I am a very empathetic person with a genuine nature and natural approach to children. I began private baby sitting from the age of 11 and continued this, going on to work part time in a pre school at 18.
I then went to travel around Australia and gained 6 months of work as an Au pair in the outback, working with a child with a three year old with behavioural difficulties and a one year old. I grew very close to the children and decided to come home and pursue a career in childcare where I undertook a higher level apprenticeship as an Early Years Educator. This gained me some excellent experience working with children between the ages of 0-5, focusing on their development and following the EYFS curriculum to stimulate the different areas of learning.
I gained experience in working with children with additional needs and was able to put into practice all of my learning throughout my time in the nursery.
As a change, I decided to take a couple of months out and I am currently finishing a season in Croatia working in a Baby club/ crèche for Thomson. Not only has this allowed me to put all of my experience in to practice in another type of environment but I have learned different fun activities and techniques.
On my return, I am looking for ideally full time child care but I am open.
