Jodie looked after my daughter, Rachel, for two years when I went back to work full time. She was absolutely amazing with Rachel which made returning to work far easier than I had an anticipated. She looked after several children at the same time which requires organisation. She kept detailed notes and records of Rachel's progress and daily activities and communicated then back each day. She also set targets for Rachel which really helped with her developing her sleeping routine and eating pattern when she was younger and recently her learning. She is very knowledgeable of different developmental stages of younger children as well as legislations for childcare. She is not afraid to try different tactics to suit each individuals needs to aid development. She is also very creative when it comes to learning. Rachel undertook many different fun activities like foot painting, messy play, trips to the library and the park etc. I would thoroughly recommend Jodie for any childcare post as she highly knowledgeable and manages to build an excellent rapport with children.
