My name is Elaine, 51 years of age, expert in childcare and child development, mother of three.

Currently working full time with deaf children following strict government guidelines, up to date with all requirements with regards to childcare practices set by Ofsted. I am creative with the children, an example of this is bringing in everyday things from home to use to engage the children in creative activity based on their own individual interest.
