Elisabeth, nanny in Ashington

Hello! My name is Elisabeth , but feel free to refer to me as Liz if you wish.
I am 19 years old, and I was fortunate enough to grow up on a tiny island called Alderney (only 3 miles long!) with my younger brother and mother. I had an idylic upbringing, a perfect mixture of freedom and protection. Because of this I feel I respect the needs of a child, and after looking after three brothers (ages 16, 7 and 1) as well as spending 6 hours a week every week for two years volunteering at a youth club as part of my Duke of Edingburgh Bronze and Ailver awards, I feel that I have more than adequate experience in childcare depsite not recieveing and formal qualification. I am a genuine friendly person, who understands that that empathy is one of the most important qualities a person can have when it comes to caring for young people.
