My name is Louise.
I have had a career in childcare since 2012 and love looking after young children.
I’m looking for full time work on Mondays to Fridays, I’m not looking for weekend work.
Currently at the nursery I am working at, I am known by the parents as the kind and gentle practitioner but also firm when needed. The parents have a lot of respect for me in looking after their children and this is seen in the way they react around me. Some parents come to nursery and tell me that their children talk about me a lot at home. I always love to hear this as I have obviously had a positive effect on them.
