My name is Joanna I've extensive 16 years of experience! 8 years as a nanny for a senior doctor! Plus 8 years as an ofsted registered childminder! Then the last six month been working in a children's home! Experience with special needs! As my own son is autistic! Used to dealing with very challenging behaviours!
