Rachel, nanny in Bournemouth

My name is Rachel, i live in Bournemouth and am 22 years old. I am the youngest of 4 and have a lovely family with 3 niece and nephews who I sometimes care for to give mummy a break! I always knew when I was little I wanted to work with children, and ever since I could, that's exactly what I've done! I started off by volunteering with children that have additional needs, I then moved onto my childcare diploma and got involved in many placements between the ages of 12 months to 8 years, I then worked in a nursery for 14 months, moved around rapidly in my agency job and have finally landed myself in a wonderful preschool/breakfast club/after school club working with children between the ages 2-12 years which has just been awarded a 'good' from OFSTED thanks to the great teamwork we all put in! From then I moved on to be a Thomson kids rep in Ibiza for Summer 2015 which I loved! I am now back in my previous Pre School but I feel that I want more from life, I want to be a nanny to 1-2 children and I want everyday to be full of enthusiasm and excitement by using my own experiences and knowledge to make learning opportunities fun for any child I will be working with as well as creating a strong social bond with the child and their family :)
