Fully qualified N.N.E.B Nursery Nurse - mother of two grown up independent daughters. With5yrs professional experience with 0-7yrs, including, live in nanny, nursery and playgroup leader in UK and overseas.
I am looking to resume working in child care after a long break. I adore children of all age groups but my greatest passion is caring for babies and for this reason I am taking a Maternity Nurse newborn baby care course - MNT certificate to update and expand on my knowledge and experience of working with babies and to eventualy work exclusively as a Maternity Nurse.
At the moment I am looking for any childcare role with all age groups but will give preference to famillies with babies.
I am a friendly, kind, calm and easy going person. Professional, with a gentle, caring but firm approach to child care using positive discipline techniques rather than scolding or punishing. As a very creative person I like to involve children in lots of creative activities and strive to a attain an aspect of fun in all pursuits.
With a keen eye for safety issues within the home or outdoors your child's safety will always be a top priority whilst in my care. Paediatric First Aid will be updated in October.
I am a highly responsible, reliable, discreet and trustworthy individual with a full DBS police check certification.
