Larissa, nanny in Braintree

I am a hard working and ambitious individual who is looking for a new challenge. I always keep an open mind and complete tasks and challenges whole-heartedly and to the best of my ability.
I am currently a nursery nurse at a highly rated Montessori nursery. I am a key person for a group of 7 children which I care for and feedback to parents each day. I plan activities for the children, set them up and carry them out, the activities are fun yet beneficial to the children. When our room leader is away I am in charge of the room which means leading a team of around 7 adults. I have experience working with all age groups, including newborns, and have recently welcomed a new baby brother into the family which I help care for and babysit. I have also been promoted to events manager which requires me to arrange events for the whole nursery, this means I have to be very organised and open minded.
My other main interest is baking. I bake at home for family and have made the occasional birthday cakes for friends. This has been my favourite hobby for a long time as I find it very relaxing, especially decorating which requires a lot of patience and concentration.
