Hi! My name is Francesca and I'm 21 years old. I am a reliable, punctual young woman who is often told that I possess exceptional organisational skills and initiative. I am a very creative person who enjoys working with children, from baking to painting! I believe that children should be allowed, from an early age, to express their creativity as it is so important to nurture these enjoyments from a young age. I am a very active person who enjoys being out and about experiencing new things.

My family and friends have always called me the baby whisperer and I think that is because children respond instinctively to my nurturing and positive energy. I have found over the years that using my upbeat and outgoing personality makes it possible to get children to complete tasks

And while being fun and a cheerleader for children is a big part of caring for children, it is equally important to be calm, reassuring and loving when a child needs me to be.

I have an ability to establish emotional connections with people very quickly which has allowed me to not only to determine the emotional needs of the children I care for, but also helps me be in tune with the needs of the family -to me this is what caring for children is all about.

EXPERIENCE

I have been a babysitter since I was 14, looking after a variety of ages from 2 months to 13 years old.

I worked at a primary school, sitting in as a teaching assistant for over 1 month aged 17, looking after children aged 4-6.

I have worked as a nanny for the summer months, caring for two young girls aged 9 months and 1 year 8 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my work and have continued to look after the girls for odd days when back in my hometown Nottingham.

Having recently moved backed down to Brighton following my History and Philosophy degree at the University of Brighton I am now looking for full time work that I find stimulating, enjoyable and challenging. I am available as a full time, live-out nanny.
