My name is Briony Venn and I have much experience looking after children - I have been an au pair/tutor for 5 different families in France, Spain, Croatia, Austria and the Caribbean. I speak Spanish and Italian very well (I study them at the University of Bristol!) and having been away on a year out I am looking for some work back in the UK. During last year in Bristol I also worked part time in a well established nursery in Clifton so I am used to all ages.
I would happily help with homework, teach them some Spanish and Italian if the kids are interested and I am a very outdoorsy person - Bristol has a lot to offer so I would love to take the kids exploring on walks, cultural visits etc (I know Bristol well having studied here for 2 years, with 1 more year to go).
I am proactive and have dealt with some very difficult kids - some of whom who couldn't speak my languages - so also very tolerant!
