Hiya, my names Shannon and i'm 22 years old. i am fun, loving and responsible young adult who loves taking care of children of all ages. i currently have a 1 year experience working in a nursery that has recently received an outstanding report from OFSTED. i have experience working with children of all ages main under 2 year olds.

Some of my duties while working in the nursery were:
• General care of the children – making bottles, changing nappies, ect
• Assist with their growth & development - plan activities around their needs & abilities.
• Maintain records of the children – observations and next steps.
• Communicate effectively with other staff, other organisations, children & the children's parents/carers.
• Work to Early Years Foundation Stage standards on each child learning.
• Report any concerns of safe guarding issues to your manager.
• Daily paper work e.g. diaries, sleep charts, nappy charts, outdoor check lists.
