My name is Michelle and I am from Kilmarnock. I am available for any care as I love working with children! I am very friendly and outgoing. Currently I take care of a young boy with autism, I decide when I am available to work so it would not affect anything. I have a PVG Membership Scheme through. I also spend time with my boyfriend's nieces and nephews - the age ranges from 6 months to 14 years old. I enjoy helping children to develop their strengths and weaknesses and to take them out for the day. I have a Sports Leadership Award from school I achieved. This involved making up games for primary children and getting them involved more. This made them more confident and they got involved in everything. Overall, I enjoy working with children and have always got patience towards everyone. I like to help children do well and become more confident in themselves.
I do not have a set charge, I am comfortable with anything the parental guardian(s) are willing to pay. Currently I am paid £8 an hour for taking care of a child with autism.
