I worked as a Registered Childminder for almost 20 years, and was graded as "Outstanding" by OFSTED. I have worked with children from 3 days old, and saw the children through until they transferred to secondary school (many are still in contact with me now)
I believe that children should learn at their own pace, with a caring and supportive adult to gently provide opportunities and guidance to enable the child to reach their full potential.
I have always used nature and the outdoors as a major source of stimuli for the children in my care.
I have the knowledge (built up over many years) of a wide range of activities, resources and outing destinations which will further stimulate your child's development and enjoyment
All aspects of child protection are essential to me, and whilst encouraging children to explore I am aware of appropriate safety levels.
