Im a mature woman aged 51 yrs although young at heart
I have a grown up son and daughter and a lively 18 month old grandson that i adore.My husband and I were foster carers for the local authorities from june 2001 until our seperation in aug 2015.I was the main carer for the many children we cared for.I especially enjoy caring for the younger children
I have NVQ 3 in health and social care of children and young peolpe, and have undertaken lots of day courses and training relating to the needs of the children I care for.I have completed paediatric first aid but will need a refresher.
I can drive but dont have access to a car at the moment
I can use a computer, mainly, just the basics
I like to be clean, tidy, and organised.
I can cook and make snacks and also help with reading and homework (primary).
In my spare time, I like to go shopping and visit my family.I also enjoy days out and sunny holidays.
