Jade, nanny in East dereham

My name is Jade i'm 21 years old and live near Norwich in Norfolk. I have been caring for children since leaving school and it something I have always enjoyed doing. I have been working in a Private day nursery for the last 2 and a half years. I have been working with children between the ages of 2-11. Working with 2-3 year olds between the hours of 8-3 and then caring for children aged 4-11 after school and during school holidays. I also have experience caring for babies as I have cared a lot for my 11 month old nephew since birth. I have been a childminder with in the past year for a parent from the nursery. I love to spend time outside and exploring the local area, I believe that children can learn so much from their local environments. I also believe that children should be allowed to be outside what every the weather. A famous quote I've heard is 'there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing' Well something like that! I love to do craft, baking and bike rides. Singing songs and dancing are also lovely things to do with children what ever their age.
I have a firm but fair approach to childcare, I believe that all the rules set by the parent should be followed when it comes to discipline to avoid good cop bad. I am a hardworking, organised and energetic individual with a willingness to learn new things.
