Emma, nanny in Edinburgh

I am a student looking for babysitting work until September when I start uni. Having been around children all my life, I am not only comfortable in their company, but very competent and enjoy their company very much. I have tutored children in early stages of high school up to national 5/ gcse level which has helped me develop strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the young. I've also had the opportunity to have a hands on experience with deaf children from as young as pre-school age due to my Mum's profession as a teacher of the deaf. Furthermore, I have a younger sister (12) and many younger cousins thus I have garnered many years babysitting experience from them. Due to my tutoring experience, I am able to oversee and provide help with any homework activities. I am also willing to do extra learning activities to help with any areas the child isn't confident in. I am an avid cook and baker (many family members try to convince me to sign up for bake off!) so I would be more than willing to do any cooking required or cook/ bake with the children if desired.
