Joanne, nanny in Fareham PO16

Hello my name is Jo I a fourty four years old with two Grown up children , I have been in childcare for over ten years and have a NVQ in Childare & Education , and have worked in various settings such as crèches , pre schools and nurseries . Having been in childcare for a number of years I have developed a good knowledge and understanding of what requirements and skills are necessary to fulfil a Nanny role well . I consider myself to be a very kind , patient and loyal person who has a genuine love for all children , my approach to good childcare is to ensure children are safe , happy and confident , I believe a firm but fair approach steers them in the right direction . I understand that play is the key to their development and have experience in setting up fun and stimulating activities both indoor and outdoor. Having cared for children aged from three months to five years old, duties and responsibilities have varied from preparing bottles , feeding , nappy changing / potty training , organising activities , monitoring progression to recognising common illnesses in children , behaviour management strategies . With my experience I am hoping to find a nanny position as soon as possible with a lovely , caring family .
