Charlotte, nanny in Great gonerby

Hi my name is Charlotte and I'm local to Grantham.
I am an organised, driven, creative and caring person. I constantly strive to develop my knowledge and skills in my childcare career.
I have 11years childcare experience, my current job role for over the past two years as a nanny to two children aged three and five years. My job role includes providing a caring routine, safe environment and stimulating learning activities.
The previous nine years were working in a team, gaining experience, developing my job roles and qualifications in a nursery setting. I was SENCo for many of the settings and had one to one experience with a child with autism.
As well as working with 0-5year olds, I have worked with 5-11year olds by being the leader of one of the nurseries I've worked at first after-school/holiday club. Where I discovered a new element of my job to love, I created the routine, themes, activities and assisted with homework. My current qualification is a NVQ level 3 in child development but I am currently doing an online teaching assistant course.
