Hi, my name is Emily and I have been nannying for the past 15 months for children starting at 9 months to 9 years old and I've enjoyed everything about it. Although I have worked with the family for 4 years now through babysitting etc.
I've enjoyed the challenges it's bought, I've loved enabling the children to become the brilliant happy healthy independent young boys they are today.
I love doing activities with the children from arts and crafts to reading and games.
I've worked along side the parents to ensure that the care of the children is consistent and appropriate, if there are any issues I do not hesitate to discuss these with the parents to make sure that the children are 100% happy.
I have also worked in multiple primary schools, pre schools, nurseries and baby rooms during my training. Iam ofsted registered with a level 3 childcare qualification I am CRB checked but am happy to do a DRB if need be. I have done a level 2 first aid course but am happy to update this if you would like. I hold a full drivers licence that is clean and have been driving for nearly 2 years, I also own my own car and am happy to use the car for work purposes.
I am confident cheerful, sensible and reliable and I can use my own initiative and common sense.
I am flexible with hours within reason, but would prefer not to work weekends.
However, for special occasions such as birthday, anniversaries etc I am happy to oblige.
My current employment finishes as of 25th of September.
I have a CV if you wish to see it. I hope to hear from you.
Regards,
Emily .
Occasional babysitting | $15.00 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $10.00 per hour |
I charge £15 for babysitting as they tend to be unsocial hours and I only tend to babysit if the parents are really stuck or for special occasions.
I also charge the same for both part time and full time care for children as it doesn't matter how many hours I work I am happy to work for £10.
The other reason I charge £10 an hour is because I feel this is reasonable for my qualifications.
