I live in Hailsham/ Hellingly area and really like where I live. I am mothet to two older children. This is the going rate for a nanny in the parents home. The pay per hour relates directly to the fact that the nanny has sole charge of the children in her care and because she works exclusively for that family she cannot earn by looking after other children, too ( as is the case in childminding). I have lots of experience working with children and I have worked as a childminder and in a few nurseries.
