Rachel, nanny in Hardway PO12

Hello,

I'm Rachel. I've been working in childcare all of my adult career, I'm an incredibly passionate and enthusiastic person, very happy and creative. I've worked in many Nurseries before, where I have been a room leader for all ages, and I have Nannying experience.

I work very well in a team, communicate effectively with adults and children. I am a hard- working individual and I'm looking to further my education very soon, by studying a level 5 course in Childcare, alongside working with children.

I have plenty of experience with activity planning, observations, next steps and assessments, through previous key worker roles. I provide age and stage appropriate activities for the children, based on their interests at the time.
