Hello,
I am Roxanne and I have been working with children for over 14 years. Most of my experience is with children and young adults with disabilities, but I have worked with many siblings as well.

I am qualified and trained with a child care qualification and numerous medical and health practices including first aid, epilepsy drugs, gastrostomy care and much more. I have worked in special schools and at a play centre for disabled children and young adults, as well as supporting families as a personal assistant and special needs nanny.

Most of my experience however is in the family home and supporting children in the community as a personal assistant, special needs nanny or therapy support assistant. I have completed a Level 3 Occupational Therapy Support Diploma, and have many years experience assisting with therapy programs. This Diploma has now complimented my practical experience and offers me a professional achievement to support therapists and families who wish to support their children through a therapy programme.

I am availble for hours during Monday to Friday and ad/hoc hours during the evenings, overnight and weekends. I already support three families and two others through Crossroads Care.
