Sophie, nanny in Henley-on-thames RG9

I am a 19 year old who addores working with children. I am very friendly, bubbly and outgoing and love the outdoors so I try to spend as much time outside as possible. My qualifications include children's care learning and development national diploma level 2 and 3, I am first aid (infant, child and adult) trained and also I have passed all of my GCSEs. I have worked in a private nursery for a year now and I love it but would like to focus on family's rather than a large group. I have spend time with all the ages which range from 3 months to 5 years but the majority of the time has been with 18-30 months and 3-18months. I love to see children learn and develop as an individual through core activities and also through there everyday free play and I do as much as I can to encourage further development. I have also trained with a karate club for 9 years which has vastly improved my confidence.
