Kieranne, nanny in Heywood

Hi I'm Kieranne! I am 21 years old and I'm looking for work as a nanny/babysitter. I have confidence working with children, excellent communication and time management skills, I am caring, kind and I have the ability to work off my own initiative. I am very good at dealing with things under pressure and have a good understanding of children and how to help them learn and achieve but in a fun way. I am a fully qualified nursery assistant with an NVQ level 3 in child care and have experience of working with children in a nursery/school setting as well as in a home setting. I enjoy arts and crafts, all be it I'm not very good at it, but I have no issues with acting silly and getting messy with the children. I love doing different activities such as baking, making play-dough, drawing, painting etc as well as taking the children outside and playing in the park or going on nature walks. I believe I am an easy person to get along with and find that children have no issue in trusting and feeling comfortable around me.
