Hi! My name is Emileigh and I am a nursery nurse from Hyde. I have been working in a nursery for a year and have just taken some time off during the summer. I am fun and really enthusiastic about childcare. I am not OFSTED registered but have a level 3 cache diploma in childcare and I take the role seriously.
I love promoting challenge and self belief through play activities. I particularly enjoy taking children outside as I find this is where children feel most free to discover new things. I am a real fan of researching different theorists' views on childcare as I feel this helps me to improve my practice. I admire practice that encourages independence for children as this gives them power over their own development journey. different parenting styles fascinate me and I love to learn how different families incorporate their own morals and beliefs into the raising of their children.
