Lucy, nanny in Ince-in-makerfield WN3

Hi i'm Lucy and I am a 21 year old graduate from Wigan. I have just completed a three years BA honours degree in Children and Young Peoples Learning and Development, alongside undertaking voluntary teaching assistant roles in a range of primary schools and nurseries over the last few years. Additionally, I have been looking after a friends children over night 3 nights per week for the past 3 years as mum worked nights. During this time I regularly, cooked and readied the children for bed alongside completing homework, reading and playing with the children before their bedtime.

My degree, love for children and experience working in primary schools has encouraged my confidence working with children, alongside enhancing how adaptable to age, friendly and approachable I am.

During school holidays I work at a kids art club, whereby not only do we provide children with the opportunity to get messy and have some fun but, promote social and emotional well-being.
