I am a calm, responsible, hard-working nineteen year-old studying an Open Degree with the Open University. My current modules are 'Child Psychology and Childhood Studies' and 'Exploring perspectives on young children's lives and learning'. The knowledge and skills gained from this study are easily transferable to childcare settings and allow me to effectively plan activities and provide care best suited to your child's educational and emotional development.

I have been a voluntary classroom assistant at a local middle school (ages 9-13) for three years, leading activities, providing pastoral support and teaching lessons in teachers' absence. I have also directed children's activities in my role as a library assistant and have been working closely with a toddler literacy group to produce music suited to this age.

I have 14 GCSEs graded A* and A-levels graded A*A*A*AB, providing me with a wide curriculum with which to inform your child's learning.

Whilst I do not yet possess the 'paper' qualifications that might be expected of a child-care provider, I am a caring, enthusiastic individual who is prepared to use my initiative, experience and knowledge to achieve all that any parent would like for their child.
