Katriona, nanny in Lilliesleaf TD6

I have completed a HNC Early Education and Childcare course which I have thoroughly enjoyed as I have enjoyed learning and extending my knowledge of childcare and education. I have really loved my work placement in a school and in a nursery which has increased skills like confidence, professionalism and how to ask children open-ended questions that will help them develop and learn.

I am calm and sensitive with the children so they react in a good way to me and I have developed very good relationships with the children I have worked with at placement in Lilliesleaf.

I have qualities like I am responsible, professional, patient, polite and considerate. I can work in a group and also independently. I prefer working independently. I am prepared to do anything and I love learning new skills and qualities.

I love spending time with my family and I have lots of cousins who I love playing with and spending time with. Playing with my cousins gave me a bit of experience of working with children before I did my college course where I got to work with lots of lovely children.
