My name is Kirsty and I have worked with children since I left school in 2005. I thrive from providing outstanding care to children of all ages and have experience from birth to 15 years.
I enjoy gaining positive relationships with children and watching them learn and achieve new things in a healthy and stable environment and building a good rapport with parents/carers.
I enjoy being part of their lives and sharing special memories and helping children achieve new things, I am proud to say I helped them achieve something they wanted to.
I strive to achieve high standards and follow the statutory requirements within each setting where I have worked. Also implementing the EYFS and help each individual child to meet then targets of development. and characteristics of effective learning.
I always look forward to a new challenge and enjoy meeting new children and getting to know them and their parents and carers. I can then provide stimulating activities for them. Anything from baking, messy play, arts and crafts and Physical play.
