Hi there, my name is Nicole. Just a liitle bit about my job first of all, so I currently work in firstsource as a customer service adviser. I am good at my job but would like a change as I've been there over three years. As it's a phone based company I really miss interacting with people, so it's time for a change!

I have a 12 year old son who is now in secondary school. He is an awesome kid and makes me proud everyday. School is a very important part of all kids lives and that's why we need to be supportive as it can be a difficult time for them also. I can help with primary school homework, my English is stronger than maths. Anything I don't know... There's always google!

On a serious note I have to be honest here and this will probably cost me any job offers but my experience as a parent has had it's ups and downs throughout the years. It can be a tough job and very tiresome but so very worth it.

Now on a lighter note, I can be very fun, like to sing, dance and carry on. And am a decent cook. Love to see the kids happy!
