Charli, nanny in Ludlow

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and caring person who has a passion for childcare. I am currently looking for a live out nanny position or a babysitting position, as I find working within the family home creates a trusting and special bond between the child and myself.
I would say my qualities are that I am able to bring a calm and patient approach to any working environment that always puts the safety and well-being of the children first, I have good communication skills with the children and the parents and I can also work effectively as part of a team.
My experience that I have with children are that I currently work as a travelling assistant on a school bus with 6 special needs children, whom have varying levels of specials needs. In this role I am expected to provide a safe and calming environment, keep a look out for any potential behavioural issues, make sure the children get on and off the bus to school safely, and keeping them entertained for the long journey ahead.
My second experience is that I volunteer once a week at a youth club which caters for special needs children and adults, my role here is to provide support and care for the members whilst assisting organised activities.
And lastly I babysit two special needs children once a week, In this role I provide a caring and safe environment whilst keeping a close eye on any unwanted behavior issues.
