Nafeesa, nanny in Manchester

My first placement was at Small Wonders Nursery for 6 months and my second placement was at Medlock Primary School for 4 months. I was exited to meet the children and communicated well with all of them.The children started to like me and when i enter the room the children would wave and most of the children came to me and liked to hug or sit on my lap. I enjoyed everyday at the nursery and had a great experience, i also communicated well with the children and adults.
The age groups i worked with are 2-3 years and 6-7 years.
I helped my aunty with her daughter when she was born and looked after the baby for a year. It was a really good experience as i learned alot of new things such as changing their clothes and having soft toys for the baby. I watched her grow up and how quickly she changed from a small baby to a toddler; also i helped her
learn how to sit up, stand and walk. it was a wonderfull experience for me.
I had work experiene at longsight library which had a small area where children come with their parents to sing and read books.

I am a very caring person and love to look after children, I am good at communicating with adults and children, I like to help people.
