Gail, nanny in Merthyr tydfil CF47

My name is Gail and I am a young active 55 year old who loves being around children. I have recently taken early retirement as a primary school teacher. My experience has mostly been in Foundation phase and lower KS2 and I have taught in the same Primary School in Merthyr Tydfil for the past 15 years. I have brought up 2 children of my own and feel that I am fully experienced in caring for and helping children of primary school age. I am able to play the piano and have passed exams up to grade 4. I am also a Christian and attend Elim Church in Dowlais where I am a member of the children's workers. I will be happy to care for young children at their home, help them with homework and encourage learning through play. The main reason that I have left teaching early is due to the amount of bureaucracy and workload. If teaching was left to the teachers then I would have probably stayed within the profession.
