Lucille, nanny in Newbury

Having worked for parenting websites/companies since leaving university I'm taking a bit of a career change. My ultimate goal is to become a primary school teacher and for now I'm looking to take on a valuable and rewarding childcare role.

Coming from a large family with no less than six young nieces and nephews, I'm certainly no stranger to looking after and taking responsibility for (many!) children, of varying ages. I've also worked as a nanny for family friends during school holidays when I was younger and I can honestly say I've never found more enjoyable employment. I'm an energetic and creative person and love to get hands on with art projects or let my inner child out in a game of rounders.

These personal experiences coupled with the knowledge I've gained working in the parenting/children field over the last couple of years leaves me feeling confident and excited taking this challenging but worthwhile new direction in my career. I can't wait to get started!
