Laura, nanny in North hykeham LN6

Hi Family,

I'm Laura, 23. I have a level 3 CACHE diploma in childcare and education. I have 2.5 years experience in a nursery, working with children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old. I also have worked as a live in nanny/au pair in London for 9 months, looking after 3 children aged 8 months, 2 years and 3 years in a sole charge role. I currently work as a support worker for autistic adults, but I am looking to move back to working with children as this is my passion. I have a keen focus on learning through play, and plan activities around children's interests; taking into account developmental targets. I like to make learning fun, and get children to take an active part in their learning. A like to have a child centred approach where the children are at the centre of everything I do. I can also provide a learning journey with photo evidence if you wish, so you can keep up to date with their learning. I have experience working with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). I also have a clear DBS/CRB and experience with paediatric first aid. I am also willing to become OFSTED registered, although I am not currently. I look forward to hearing from you.
