Sonia, nanny in Norwich

I have been working with children for almost 25 years now ages 0-16 in a variety of childcare positions. I have a Btec Level 3 in Nursery Nursing and I am DBS checked. I have attended many training courses including: First Aid, Child Protection, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Playwork and Food Hygiene. I was a Playleader for almost 12 years and part of my role was to organise indoor and outdoor activities for the children. I have been a nanny/babysitter for around 22 years working with many families in Norwich. Currently I am working in a local nursery and really enjoy this. I am a positive person and believe that all children have individual needs. I have extensive references on request. I can be extremely flexible and can adapt myself to new situations with confidence. I have recently completed a Btec Level 2 Diploma in Sports & Outdoor Activities and spent time at Whitlingham Broad canoeing, sailing and mountain biking. I also played many sports and believe that children should be very active. I encourage this. I have organised many outdoor games and prepared indoor activities such as: Cooking, quizes, arts&crafts, music competitions and fashion shows, treasure hunts to name but a few. Sonia. .
