I’m a highly motivated individual who is passionate about developing others to their full potential. I am happy to take responsibility and like to be involved in decision making however I am mindful of the needs and ability of others at all times. I am a positive thinker and take pride in the job I do. I am excellent at multi-tasking, well organised and proactive. I have worked with children with additional needs such as global delay, autism and ADHD. I am also a qualified level 2 rugby coach and coached for 10 years in Llandudno Rugby club. I have also worked in summer camps for children aged between 5-12 years.
