I am 41 years of age and am happily married. I qualified as a nursery nurse in 1994 and since the age of 13 I have been looking after children in a babysitting environment to gain experience in childcare. I am looking for employment as a baby sitter or as a live out nanny in the Cwmbran area. I am confident in my role as a a nursery nurse and have a firm but fair manner. I believe in positive behaviour and treating each child as an individual. I am trustworthy, reliable, flexible and have a calm manner which I think makes the environment for childcare a happy one! I have worked in many different settings and roles, for example I have worked in private nurseries as a nursery nurse and as a deputy manager. I have also worked in sure start settings in north and south torfaen working alongside health visitors and working in chatterbox groups, speech and language groups, breastfeeding groups, baby massage and baby clubs which I really enjoyed. I am currently working in a flying start playgroup in Cwmbran.
