Pam, nanny in Rodborough

Hello. my name is Pam I am a mother of 2 sons, a grandmother to a 8yr old granddaughter, 7yr old 6yr old 5yr old and 13month old grandsons! aunt to many great aunt to a dozen or so. Ive 8 siblings.

I'm currently a carer at a care home Ive been a carer for 9 years now.
I care for my grandchildren regularly I believe I'm firm but fair, attentive and encouraging. I'm patient and calm and also understand that all children are different and have their own personalities, needs and worries.

When I babysit my grandchildren we spend time baking, painting, drawing crafting. Going for walks, swimming, going to the park. Talking about school, family. Homework, reading the list is endless.
I am 59yrs old and consider myself an understanding kind person
