I am a fully trained professional childcarer with over 15 years varied experience inc SEN and multiple births.
I have just completed a degree in psychology and am on a trustee board for a VI charity.
I have 2 children myself and I feel this has strengthened my understanding on a parents preferences for their family and children.
I love my work and am still in close contact with past families.
I encourage activities which are developmentally appropriate for the children in my care wiyh a loving and enthusiastic attitude.
