Rachel, nanny in Teynham ME9

Hello,
My name is Rachel. I am a professional childcare worker and have been working with children 6 years. I have had experience with all ages from 6months to 5years. I currently work in a small nursery in Sittingbourne, where I am working in the baby room and gaining more experience with this preferred age range. Before this, I use to work in a nursery within the same company in Faversham. Here I worked mainly in toddler room. The ages in toddler room was 19 months to 3years old. However, I did help out in the other two rooms when needed. I worked here when the nursery first opened in October 2008 and worked for 6 years before I transferred to the Sittingbourne nursery in September 2014.

I also offer my own babysitting services to anyone who needs help with childcare or to babysit in the evenings when the parents want a night out or an evening away from their children. I have also been doing this for 6 years and love caring for children.

I have come from a fairly large family due to having four sisters. I have a true passion for children and feel my passion inspired me through my very supportive family! When my youngest sister was born 15years ago, I helped my mother a lot with all the duties and general care of her. This helped me decide at an early age, that I wanted to go into childcare as a career.

I am hoping one day to further my career by going into nannying and learning more skills along the way. I feel I would make the right candidate as I am very caring, patient and love being around children. They always know how to brighten up my day and make me smile. Therefore, I would return the favour by teaching children what they need to know and more importantly have fun along the way!
