I am a 20-year-old female who has worked with children since I was 14 years of age. I Have been studying childcare for 3 years and about to do the last year of my Level 3.
I have previously worked in a setting which specialises in children with all sorts of special needs, whether this is mental or physical.
I have always been good at relationship making and working closely with children and their families. I am a good listener and the child will always come first. I believe to have good knowledge about children and devleopment stages and will work to the fullest to get the best out of the child.
