In 2013, I graduated with a 2:1 honours degree in Early Childhood Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. I am currently a Teaching Assistant and After School Care Manager at a local private school, where I am based in a Reception class. I do come into regular contact with children between Reception and Year 2 (4-7 years old) as the school is quite integrated. I was previously employed as a Room Leader based in a nursery baby unit with children from newborn to 2 years old. I also babysit occasionally for a child aged 9 years.

I am looking for a position as a nanny as I enjoy the more valuable interaction which is achievable through activities with small numbers of children. I enjoy feeling that I have made a difference to the children that I care for, and love being able to use my knowledge of children's development and education in order to maximise their learning opportunities in fun ways.

I am a cheerful, caring and optimistic person, and like to be outdoors as much as possible. I enjoy cooking, baking and going on adventures to new places.
