I am currently being paid at this level and am willing to compromise for a families situation if needed however I would like my experience and qualifications taken into account during any negotiations.

I really couldn't speak in higher regard when it comes to my job, in my eyes there is nothing more rewarding and suited to my self than nannying, I truly care for each family I have worked with and want nothing more than to assist in making life that bit less stressful.
