Hello,
My name's Jo, and I'm 27 years old. I'm training to be a primary school teacher at the moment, and I also work at a local primary school as a TA- I've worked in schools for over 5 years now.
During the summer holidays, half terms and bank holidays, I would love to find a job looking after children in their own home. I absolutely love cooking healthy meals (my partner is a nutritionist so I have a good knowledge of what's good!)
I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible and am really happy to take children out and about. I have hundreds of games ready to play, as I have learned from all the children that I have looked after at school over the past 5 years. I know that homework can be a dreaded thing for children (and parents) so I'm more than happy to help wherever needed. I'm experienced with the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. I think that reading with children is one of the most fun things to do, and I would absolutely love to help any children improve on their reading skills, or just to enjoy a good book.
Thanks for reading
Jo x
